It is our pleasure to announce another great achievement by one of our BCHS student artists, Cole Pittman!

Congratulations go to Cole for his artwork "turbulence" (below) which was selected for the Ohio House of Representatives Student Art Exhibit. This honor is bestowed to one student in each representative’s district, with a total of 99 pieces in the exhibit. Cole received a congratulatory letter, a certificate of participation signed by Donna Collins (executive director of the Ohio Arts Council), and Carrie Barnett (OAEA president), and a monetary award from the Ohio Art Education Association for this achievement. The student art exhibit will remain on display at the Vern Riffe Center for Government and the Arts, 77 South High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215 through May 2022. Visit this link to take a virtual look at the exhibit.
